World Wide Web inventor in Olympics opening ceremony
UU and World Wide Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee was honored in the 2012 Olympics opening ceremony in London on July 27. Berners-Lee spoke to CNN about the experience and about his hope that “the combination of the Web and the Olympics can create a new understanding between people across the world.” (CNN – 8.3.12)
